Terms of Service | Service Agreement
1. Scope of Cleaning Services
Our services are provided through defined cleaning tiers based on the selected booking type (Standard Clean, Deep Clean, or Move-In/Move-Out Clean). Each service is performed strictly according to the scope associated with the selected tier at the time of booking. Service scope does not expand based on on-site assessment.
Standard Cleaning generally includes:
- Dusting of accessible surfaces, shelves, and furniture
- Vacuuming and/or sweeping of floors
- Mopping hard floors
- Cleaning sinks, counters, and exterior fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms
- Light organization of areas in reasonably maintained condition
Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:
- Removal of visible buildup (soap scum, grease, grime)
- Detailed scrubbing of high-use surfaces and fixtures
- Enhanced attention to detail in kitchens and bathrooms
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus full reset cleaning of empty or near-empty properties, which may include:
- Inside cabinets and drawers (when empty)
- Baseboards and detailed edge cleaning
- Full interior surface reset throughout the property
Appliance Cleaning: Interior appliance cleaning (including ovens, refrigerators, and similar appliances) is not included in any service tier unless explicitly booked as an add-on service.
Note: All services exclude the following unless explicitly included in the booked service tier:
- Heavy lifting or moving large furniture or appliances
- Hazardous material cleanup or biohazard conditions
- Mold remediation, tile restoration, or specialty restoration services
- Hoarding-level or excessive clutter removal conditions
2. Condition of Property
All services are based on the reasonable condition expected for the selected service tier at the time of booking.
If a property is determined to be outside the expected condition for its booked service level, the Company may:
- Document the condition with photos
- Pause or adjust service execution if necessary
- Provide updated service recommendations before additional work is performed
All service and pricing decisions related to condition adjustments are handled solely by the Company. Cleaning professionals do not adjust pricing or scope in the field.
3. Referral Services (Optional / Extra Fees)
Some specialized cleaning requests are not performed by Always Sparkle Cleaners but may be referred to trusted third-party providers:
- Carpet Cleaning & Specialty Flooring
- We do not perform professional carpet cleaning. Referrals may be provided upon request.
- Hoarding, Excessive Clutter, or Junk Removal
- Properties requiring large-scale removal or hazardous clutter conditions may require third-party services.
- These services are separate and subject to third-party pricing and availability.
4. Extra Services

Laundry Services

When selected, laundry services include washing, drying, and folding of clothing items only. The Company does not include organizing, putting away clothing, ironing, dry cleaning, stain treatment, or specialty garment care unless explicitly agreed in advance and billed as an additional service.

Dishwashing Services

Dishwashing services, when included or selected as an add-on, cover a reasonable amount of standard household dishware. This includes loading and unloading the dishwasher where applicable and handwashing a limited number of dishes. The Company does not include washing large volumes of dishes, cleaning heavily soiled or moldy dishes, or full kitchen reset/cleanup of excessive dish backlog unless explicitly agreed in advance and billed as an additional service.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Remove or secure fragile or valuable items prior to service
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas
- Disclose any known hazards prior to service (pets, chemicals, structural issues, etc.)
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
- Always Sparkle Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or flooring surfaces.
- We do not perform mold remediation, restoration services, or hazardous material cleanup.
- The Company is not liable for normal wear and tear, hidden defects, or issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the property is unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of service.
- The Company may also refuse service if payment terms are violated or if conditions prevent safe execution of work.
10. Acknowledgment
By booking a cleaning service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
