What is included in a move-out cleaning?
Our move-out checklist covers bedrooms and living areas, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, inside empty cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator when empty and accessible, baseboards, doors and trim, accessible fixtures and ceiling fans, and floors throughout the home.
Should the home be empty before you clean?
Ideally, yes. An empty or nearly empty home allows our cleaners to reach more surfaces and complete the most detailed move-out cleaning. For move-in cleans, we can also work before furniture arrives or around a limited number of boxes when needed.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
The time depends on the home's size, condition, layout, and requested scope. Larger homes or properties with heavier buildup require more time than smaller, lightly used properties. We can provide a better expectation after we know the property details.
Do you clean inside the refrigerator and oven?
Yes. Inside the oven and refrigerator are included in our move-out cleaning checklist when the appliances are empty and accessible.
Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?
Yes. Empty kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers are wiped inside as part of the move-out cleaning scope.

Yes. We work with homeowners, renters, real estate agents, landlords, and property managers who need properties cleaned between occupants, before or after a sale, or ahead of a walkthrough or inspection.
Can you guarantee my security deposit will be returned?
No cleaning company can control a landlord's security-deposit decision. We can provide a detailed professional cleaning based on the agreed scope so the property is left in a cleaner condition for turnover.
